Terms of Service

Welcome to BlogZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BlogZ website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use BlogZ. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before publishing content. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

2. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you write and upload — posts, comments, images, and profile content ("Content"). By publishing on BlogZ you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your Content solely to operate and promote the Service (for example: showing your post in feeds, search results, RSS, and link previews). This license ends when you delete your Content or account, except for copies already shared with others or kept in routine backups for a limited period.

You are responsible for your Content. Do not publish anything you do not have the right to publish.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that sexualizes minors;
• infringe intellectual-property rights of others;
• spam, scrape at scale, or use automated means to create accounts or content;
• attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or content-quality controls;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We use automated quality and spam screening; content that fails review may be held back from public feeds. We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Communities, events, and courses

Group organizers, event hosts, and course instructors are responsible for the content and conduct within their spaces. Paid features, where offered, may be subject to additional terms presented at the point of purchase.

5. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for BlogZ or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and Sections 2, 6, and 7 survive.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlogZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you (for example by email or an in-product notice) before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
