Cookie Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
BlogZ uses very few cookies. We have no advertising and no third-party tracking; what remains is what's needed to keep you signed in and to keep bots out.
Cookies we set
Essential
- Session cookie (
better-auth.session_token, or__Secure-better-auth.session_tokenover HTTPS) — keeps you signed in. Expires with your session. Strictly necessary; the Service cannot work without it. - Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile sets short-lived cookies on sign-up and sign-in pages to distinguish humans from bots.
Preferences
- Consent choice — when the consent manager is active, your cookie preferences are themselves stored so we don't ask on every visit.
We currently set no analytics or advertising cookies. If that ever changes, they will be off by default and only enabled with your consent.
Managing your preferences
Cookie consent on BlogZ is managed with ShieldPage. You can revisit your choices at any time:
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in.
